Grand Crusader will now generate a charge of Holy Power if the Avenger Shield it procs is used within 6 seconds.

That's brilliant! That's another source of HoPo aside from CS/HoTR and PoJ!

Speaking of which, is there an internal cooldown to Grand Crusader proc?

I feel like I should know for sure, but I'm pretty sure it doesn't. Normally it senses when you need to interrupt or slow something and deliberately chooses not to proc, but then when you're cruising with the top down it procs like mad. I'm pretty sure I've had it proc off two Crusader Strikes in a row (3 seconds being the minimum amount of time between procs).
