So glad the buffed him in Vashj'ir so that he's as fast as the seahorse.

Now I just want him buffed in regular water. Every time I do one of the underwater cooking/fishing dailies in Stormwind it seems there's a druid cruising past me to ninja my quest items.

I'm pretty sure the turtle is just a hair slower than the seahorse, but I cannot be sure.

If you're referring to the bug where your mounts turn into passenger mounts and anyone can ride in front, believe it or not they still haven't fixed that bug. They may have nailed it in 4.0.6 though.
