Because you can't generate new secure frames in combat and have them work. You'd need to use a secure frame template to attach a click handler that runs a macro (that functions in combat) and you can't generate/delete/change the attributes of existing ones on the fly like you'd need to for buffs.

You'd think Blizzard would look at the special case of a buff display frame and figure a good way that would let you cancel auras, without letting such things be completely automated by other nefarious mods. >_<

Go to the UI&Macro forums and suggest it. (Not being facetious, that is how 50% of the UI features got implemented)
