My 2 cents is that you need to spend some time looking at the Alliance AH and just price comparing between the 2 realms. You will find good stuff, I am sure.

The main things that spring to mind are Alliance pets and Alliance cooking recipes. You can have a fairly high markup on both but I don't think it would make a lot of money.

However, doesn't the Auction House at Booty Bay allow cross faction selling? I assumed this would negate any differences in the two markets?

The AH takes a rather large cut off neutral AHs.

Pets, especially the ones in the Argent Ren Faire. Recipes, mostly cooking though there are engineering and alchemy recipes that seem to be faction specific. Check to see if there's a greater usage of Elementium Ingots on your new home. I know that on my server, there's a brisk market in shipping those to the Alliance side as several people build their classic weapons.

Sold by an alliance only vender in Ashenvale. Several months ago (before you could have toons of each faction on a pvp server) I made a good amount of coin buying these with my friends account and then posting them on the horde auction house.

There's faction specific fireworks and smoke flares too. Go to Crafter's Tome and filter each set of recipes for vendor and faction.

15%...it's not worth it on most items i've price checked, the 15% cut makes up the difference.
