Holy Power/Rotation issue in raids

Well it seems as if nobody shares my concerns, which is what I was hoping for.

I'm going to go with the assumption that our early raids in the first few days of this expansion were done with horribly undergeared characters.

So what levels of gear were you wearing in these raids? I have to assume, and please correct me if this is an incorrect assumption, that if you were actually walking into raids a few days after release, then your gear was not at all what the raid requires, and thus your experiences would be necessarily bad.

And no matter how you slice it, a 16 minute boss kill sounds completely over the top ridiculous to me.
