Making yourself sleepy - hard!

Hi guys, I am unfortunately wired and ready for Cataclysm. This is unfortunate because I am an East Coaster and I have to wait until 3 AM to log in. I knocked out all my work so I have all day(s) to play, but I do have one best-laid plan that didn't fly: the long nap I planned to take before the 3 AM fanfare. So I have one question:

How do you make yourself tired when your body doesn't want to eat? I fenced today, I ran like the fucking geek I am for the bus across Penn State's stupid huge campus, I helped some random dudes push their car UPHILL, and I still feel like I just went skydiving. WTF? So let us build a library of methods of making oneself (and one's body) sleepy. Because I want to be prepared for the next expansion!

Melatonin pills.

If they can work for body clock adjustments after transatlantic flights, they can work for WoW expansion release times.
A reckoning is not to be postponed indefinitely.

YOutube some college lecture. I know I have never been as tired as when I listen to a lecture. I seriously use my fingers to hold my eye lids open, which only results in me sleeping with my eyes open. Could work

I hear you... except I skip most of my classes because why go when I'm just going to nap?
