Great question as I could find nothing online about where to train my herbalism for cata. I am hoping Dalaran will have them, as I am logged off there.

Yes, there are profession trainers - some of them have recipes not availble from the ones in the capitals. Not sure about class. SW/Dar being the most accessible to the starting areas.
The trainers in Dalaran and the Argent Ren Faire will also be able to train you. There is even an archaeologist in Dalaran.
