The best Shattering change
I wanted to share that, I was idling in Stormwind today, when some message appeared in my chat
Yes! Donna finally got her revenge! I almost felt off the chair laughing when i saw the kids running around.
[11:52:15]Donna says: Now who's the crybaby, crybaby!?
[11:52:15]William says: No fair! Gimme back my gorilla!!

I love all the little changes (the bank in SW also springs to mind), it really gives you renewed interest in the world. But yeah, that one made my day.

I shed a single man tear at the grave of Mankrik's wife.
Also, the quest at the tauren starting zone where you offer a gift at the funeral of the "bring me a jug of water" lady. Very poignant.

For me it is really hard to pick one. I sadly haven't had the chance to explore EVERYTHING but I love all the little touches I see here and there. Leveling for me has become rather enjoyable with new hubs, flight paths, Strat and scholo at lower levels etc. However I am not happy about Baron Rivendare no longer being Baron in Strat. He is now Lord Aurius Rivendare. Meh.

Might I ask why? Seemed like a logical progression of events to me.

I mean it from a non lore perspective. I just liked him. Hell I loved him when he dropped his lovely mount.

I haven't done a ton of exploration but I really love what the Barrens have become. So very different! Also Org looks like a Orc city now too.
On a gaming note, the graphis are so much more clear and vibrant.

There's a hell of a lot of fun and clever stuff in the game now.
Just came across this bit in Loch Modan, after informing someone in Thelsamar that that the Kobolds are enslaving Troggs under the leadership of Gnolls:
Suddenly, Murlocs!
All our favourites gathered together in one place...
Edit: Ha. The chain continues: In the quest "Axis of Awful", you disguise yourself and throw a Murloc scent gland onto the Gnoll representative - the Murlocs go crazy and kill him. He screams: AAAAAAGH! CURSE YOUR SUDDEN YET INEVITABLE BETRAYAL!

Gnolls and kobolds, and troggs? Oh my.
I'd laugh if I didn't have another twist in the story for you.

Gnolls, Kobolds, Troggs, AND Murlocs? In one zone? Mark Loch Modan down as a "never level here" zone.

Re: The best Shattering change
What is going on with all the rare spawns, by the way? In the normal process of levelling my Rogue through just this one zone, I have killed the following rare spawns:
- Trogg
- Gnoll
- Crocolisk
- Murloc
- Spider
- Eagle
- Fox
- Edit: Ogre!
And on my Paladin while exploring I killed a rare Protostrider in that zone too.

There is a horde quest on the border of Silverpine and Hillsbarad where you become a questgiver.
It is amazingly hilarious.
The Silverpine questline is amazing, actually.
