I did linger in Org a little longer than usual before logging off, taking pictures of various parts of the city. It didn't really sink in until just before I logged out that I'd never see that same city again.

Fixed for truth.

just for sheer nostalgia, i took my druid to SW and took a ss of him laying in the sun in front of the druid trainer
it hit home for me that the game i have played for 2 yrs is going to change while i was cleaning out my bank and found a set of gloves from my first lvl 80 raid run
Naxx right after Ulduar came out....
I started playing about a month or so before WotLK came out, so i was only like 16 on my hunter and my pally was only like 5
I now have 5 lvl 80s, and every toon on my main server bar my 17 mage is over 30
im looking forward to, and dreading logging in today
but ill be able to get Loremaster done finally! (oh shit...there goes teh next 2 weeks)

Brekkie:Tanks are like shitty DPS. And healers are like REALLY distracted DPS
Amirya:Why yes, your penis is longer than his because you hit 30k dps in the first 10 seconds. But guess what? That raid boss has a dick bigger than your ego.
Flex:I don't make mistakes. I execute carefully planned strategic group wipes.
Levie:(in /g) It's weird, I have a collar and I dont know where I got it from, Worgen are kinky!
Levie:Drunk Lev goes and does what he pleases just to annoy sober Lev.
Sagara:You see, you need to *spread* the bun before you insert the hot dog.

I dusted off the Tier 2, pulled out the Ashkandi, and settled down next to Magni to see him off in style. I've been defending that guy from horde for 5 years. Sure, he's just some pixels and inspiring vocal phrases so I shouldn't really be that concerned, but damn it, those are dwarf pixels and phrases I'm losing, and that has to count for something. I knew I should have killed Moira the first time rather than completing the questline . . .

All my Dwarves logged out in the Ironforge tavern.

I'm camped a few feet away from Cairn Bloodhoof, surely nothing bad can happen when I am keeping a watch over him...

My paladin logged out, knelt in prayer, on the steps of Northshire Abbey, almost 5 years to the day since he was created there. Seems a good place as any to start exploring the new world.

I waved goodbye to everyone in Southshore... then parked myself as near as possible to where I think Peacebloom vs. Ghouls will be.

I ended up soloing ZG one final time. Made me feel sorry for Hakkar, the bug he has with his life drain not working if you're moving when he casts it has been there for his entire existence and was never fixed.
