I like keeping the key. I use it + Heroic Satrina's to act as a mini CD. Extra HP + Chance for the healers to catch up for a second on a big hit.

Sounds like too much work. If you need to keep 60 badges all the time to do that, why not just keep the trinket?

The only value that I can see to this "trick" is if you're saving for an item that costs more than 60 badges. This would let you gain the benefit until you have enough Frost Badges to purchase the item you're looking for.

I don't recall the exact wording, but I think it was something like, "I thought it was for floating above ground only. Not water!"

I was berating dps in a random heroic forge of souls for not interrupting on the last boss.

we had
1. fury warrior
2. be ret paladin
3. arcane mage
4. dk tank

and noone was interrupting the 2 second cast spell that hits for like 12k. (i was on my scrub healer alt, and it was tough to heal through) so, after calling them all bad for not interrupting, the ret paladin said, "i'm pretty sure the boss is immune to stun/silence, so i can't help you". so i point out his fail, and he asks how long HoJ had been changed. when i said like 8 months (just pulling a number out of thin air) he says, well, i know was after Ulduar, cause that was when I last played my paladin. turns out it was changed even before that, so he was about a year behind the curve on the HoJ interrupt.

As a side note, if you're ever tanking it on a Warrior, be cautious about spell reflecting the Phantom Blasts when Mirrored Soul is up...
