Just cough up the dough and get one crafted, yo. Or just be a cheapstake and run LFR ToT ad nauseam.
When that day comes, seek all the light and wonder of this world, and fight.

You can get 516 weapons (upgradeable to 524) in the loot box after a heroic scenario (which has no item level requirement any more).

It's supposed to be a "catch up" mechanic not a "bypass everything in the game" mechanic.

guaranteed loot bag quest still needs 480 to see it, unless it has been hotfixed.
We live in a society where people born on third base constantly try to steal second, yet we expect people born with two strikes against them to hit a homerun on the first pitch.

That got hotfixed to not always give weapons. Also, if you are a caster, you likely get the offhand instead of the weapon.

Garrosh dead.
Then did Flex with my warlock alt, got 4 upgrades including a weapon.
Then grouped with some guild mates to farm Shaohao rep, made 15k in 3.5 hours.

9/14 the first week. Galakras for some reason tripped us up the most but tonight was a 1 shot of Dark Shaman/2 shot Nazgrim and Malkorok died after like 4 pulls.

Really enjoying this tier so far.

Took the warrior in some bg's last night. Lost the first one with 0 honor kills on our team. Lost the second one with 1 honor kill on our team and then proceeded to win every other battle I qued for last night. Besides those first 2 against premades, pvping was actually quite fun. Even had 2 bg's that wern't awfully one-sided for either side ^^

Gah, you're two bosses ahead of me already!

We only had a few pulls at Nazgrim, got him down to about 7% a couple times but couldn't finish it off. Oh well.

How many hours a week does your group run?

Heh, I still remember when I was leading the Cruxis how we were *happy* to down the first boss in DS on the first pull of the first week... To spend the rest of the week wiping on the ping pong guy.

Wed/Thur/Mon 8-11.

Nazgrim is all about making sure you don't push him at the wrong time and then get completely assfucked by a million adds (especially shamans and assassins) or even worse end up with a 10% burn where he's in D Stance

On a side note.. the heroics of these fights are going to be nuts.

last night was a pretty solid one. Guild banded together and got our Garrosh 10 kill, allowing us to go into heroics the week they open, for the first time since we started a bit before mop. We've come along way as a team, and 12 seem to mesh together regardless of who are in on what.

Since we got him down in around an hour, we went back and finished 9 or so people's
Throne meta achieves.

Then went in and 2-shot a 32 wave endless run, with the first attempt ending on wave 6 due to forgetting the 3 wind dudes were on 6 and not 7. Needless to say, it made 4 others in my guild go back to trying to get to wave 30.

Oh, and finally got OBS set up to record, so managed to get a good quality video of Garrosh to upload later this week.

Log on after a 12-24 shift, to find a blue spectral tiger on the AH for 450k. After a few relogs, I end up with 450.500g on my monk, and I'm now 450k poorer, but a spectral tiger richer :D

Figured It'd be well worth the investment, considering Blizzard is not planning for TCG to continue. Will probably hold onto the mount (not duped aswell, there's a "made by x" mark), incase the prices skyrockets. We'll just have to wait and see!

Meanwhile BL pushed to 10/14, with several others stalling at 8/14, but Method is catching up and is currently at 8/14.
