As it is, farming thorium in a CRZ winterspring is fucking annoying. I'm seriously only there for the arcane crystals (which nobody is selling on the AH), I'd love to be able to trade my ore for any crystals that people have picked up and don't want.

le sigh.

I wonder what would lead to more trouble: merging different server's trade channels or allowing cross-faction chat :P

Merging AHs could be very good and very bad. Botters and glyph goblins could have a field day, or could be neutralized to some degree. Hard to say for sure.

The best solution is to get rid of CRZ and merge some low-pop servers, but they'll never do that. Realistically, CRZ is merging servers in many ways, they should just do it completely and be done with it.

Yeah, it would depend on the relative populations of the servers being merged and how many goblins were actual coming into the fold as well. On my medium pop server, there's about 5 of us dedicated glyph goblins. If we merged with another server of equal representation, I don't think we could sustain a 10 goblin split of the market. The tenacious few would survive, but the lazier of the bunch (probably me in this case) would likely head to other markets.

I think it could be summarized as: It would always be bad for someone. Either the sellers or the buyers, possibly both.

I have yet to see a picture of blue-footed boobies that isn't hilarious somehow.

They truly are the pictorial equivalent of the Benny Hill theme/Yakety Sax.

Not sure if this should be in the frustrations thread, but I just got an achievement for 10000 daily quests completed.

What am I doing with my life?!

Yeah that's what they said about Pierre and the Skyclaw before 5.2. I'll believe it when it's in game.

On the upside.. despite having to murder half of Nagrand and forcing myself to do Argent Tournament dailies for the 234932849384293582589th time I've now reached the 200 mount plateau. Thank god research tokens were nerfed to 10 dust instead of 20 per otherwise I'm pretty sure I'd have cried. I had to do it on my horde toon because according to a GM the 500 gold / 5 seal mounts carry over if you faction change however the 100 seal mounts are character bound (?). They said they'd look into it but meh.. I'm at 200 idgaf tbh.

Yeah, not going with engineering on my lock with the way they've been handling that...

Goblin glider!

uh.. uh...

MOL-E!

ok, I got nothing. At this point I'm not giving it up because then for sure it would get better... though I am hoping they don't nerf jeeves over that whole 'old stuff shouldn't remain useful' mantra :P

Well, it would be a way to guarantee a raid spot... repairbot + mailbox + demonTV + healthstones... I'd never be able to AFK again..

Got offered a spot as a trial for a dps role. Kind of scared to make the switch from tanking to dps after dong tanking since t5.

Last night in POE, I finally killed a boss that has stymied me, amid disconnects, and random desync deaths.

And what does he drop? a super awesome super cool, unique map. (maps are end game content). Now, I'm going to bust my ass to get to the point in A3 where I can use maps, and find 5 Lurkers who would like to run it with me. The map just sounds awesome.

24 Waves, 45 seconds in between waves. Watching a video of it on Youtube, This is going to be INSANE.

I never realized how easy it was to bypass password protection on office documents.

You just need a hex editor and knowledge of what string value needs replacing...

I got around a locked Excel file with a VBA macro before. Not entirely sure how it works, just found it on google, and it gave me a working password pretty quick. Very crappy security, definitely.
