Killed Lei Shen yesterday to wrap up normal mode progress. Quite a fun fight although easier than i expected, killed it in about 1.5 hours.

On to heroics from the next reset, unsure whether we should even attempt Horridion though when the avg ilvl of the guild is 505.

Amirya:Why yes, your penis is longer than his because you hit 30k dps in the first 10 seconds. But guess what? That raid boss has a dick bigger than your ego.
Flex:I don't make mistakes. I execute carefully planned strategic group wipes.

Since we didn't have enough people to progress in ToT, we decided to go back and do some T14 for gear. We managed to 8-man heroic empress without getting a second add phase. xD

Which reminds me it's been awhile since you posted some kind of artery-blocking nightmare food.

Also, Primordius was fun on the concept, but waiting 15+ seconds until an adds gets killed because everyone is focused on burninating the boss is annoying...

I've now lost 21 pounds in about 1 month. I'm not doing anything that I can't "continue" to do. (No crazy exercize stuff that I'll give up on, or something).

I'm simply eating healthier, watching my calorie intake, and cutting out the junk. It's been about 1 month since I had something from McDonald's, Wendy's, BK etc... and I don't miss it. I've gone out to eat, I've had sweet stuff, but I'm just doing it in moderation.

and I feel great. When I started, I weighed 293. It was sort of a wake up call really, staring 300 right in the face, and realizing. Yes. You are that fat fuck. So, my wife and I decided it was time to make some changes. I've been cutting back on my soda (I try to drink just 2 cans a day, at most) More water, less crap, more fresh food.

Hell, I'd be happy if I just lost 100 pounds. That would put me back to what I was shortly after I graduated high school, I was pretty happy with that.

That's awesome! Check out My Fitness Pal if you want to actually calorie count. I've been using it for about a year now and I really love that site. Plus it has an app you can download for your phone and even scan in barcodes for food you eat and it'll auto add the calories to your daily diary.

I LOVE My fitness pal.

My wife thinks I'm funny, I will sit there, and go through the app before I start cooking so I know what I'm doing. I wont touch my food until I have it in the app, and know what I'm eating.

I don't even think about it anymore. I just use it. I actually freaked about an hour ago, because I went to put in my lunch, and realized that I had forgotten to put in my breakfast.

And the awesome thing about it? I'm able to look at things, and make decisions on the fly. For my son's Birthday, he wanted to have Pizza. I was able to figure out that I could have 2 pieces of pizza, and not completely ruin my day.

I have it set up for 1790 calories a day, and there are some days that I find myself STRUGGLING to get the app to not yell at me for starving myself. (less than 1200 calories).

I've also found creative ways to enjoy my favorite foods. I'm a sucker for pizza. To me, bad pizza, is still good food. So, to curb my pizza love, I've been making my own pizza, on whole wheat flat bread, with pepperoni, tons of veggies, reduced fat cheese, sauce, and what not, and it's still only 450 calories for the whole deal. That's a great dinner when my wife is working late, and the kids ate at the After School Program, leaving me the only one needing to eat.
