So yesterday was the last day of my surgery recovery, so did all 5 LFRs, and enough dailies to get 655 valor in one day.. as well as finish off exalted Cloud Serpent (exalted with them in 2 days!).

Back to work today... (opps, wrong thread... )

Raid leader had connection problems so I ended up leveling my paladin, finally hit 85 so now he's allowed in my signature ^^

Since solo raiding has been made much easier I've taken to seeing which I can do, knowing I'm not the best at that sort of thing.

Sure, I've done a few, I've farmed an entire judgement set, lawbringer set, some nice transmog stuff out of AQ and EoE...

Tried The Eye for the first time last week, make it through fine.

Go this week, and I now own Ashes of Al'ar.

I completed a microtransaction in a game. This, while probably not a success for me, is probably seen as a success by many others.

decided to see if i could get a weapon upgrade, so queued for ToES LFR, no drop on sha, ok use charm boom sha touched...1hder...dam
ok i can switch to dw frost, check bank - hmm i have a 463 i can upgrade
well ill go do dailies while in queue for elegon maybe he will be nice

nothing from elegon

ok queue for ambershaper
continue dailes, getting full bags in the process
die with amber shaper at 45%, alt tab to check something, and get back to boss is dead
i dont see loot but do see that i have mail, so i figure it is just gold, just charm YAY more gold!

go back and finish dailies, and start figuring out how many heroics it will take to get 650 JP to upgrade this 463 axe
after i finish i hearth back to the shrine, check mail...and /facedesk
in my mail i had the 1hd sword from ambershaper

i think the game is telling me something
2hd frost with an agil polearm just dont work, and it is time to go buy a lottery ticket

1 healer had traffic problems so we started 45 mins later (with the 2 hour raid we had) then normal. Cleared first 4 bossess in 45 mins (like 15 mins faster then normal). Sadly we whiped on 8%, 6% and 4% on Elegon before our mage had to go :( Well back tonight to clear it up.

Also paladin got to 88 this weekend. Nearing the 90, but damn. I hate questing from 86 to 90 already... Thats gonna be fun with more alts -.-

So we're now at 16/16 normal. Nothing in Terrace caused us anywhere near as much trouble as Amber-Shaper Unsok. In fact I think most of Heart of Fear was harder than anything in Terrace.

Terrace is really one big DPS check. You should try your hands in MGV heroics - most of them are fairly easy.

Stone Guards, Feng, Gara'jal, Elegon, Ta'yak/Mel'jarak seems to be the path of least resistance.

We'll be trying out Lei Shi tomorrow.

We tried that, after two evenings of wiping to the P1-2 transition we decided that our efforts would be better spent elsewhere.

To try to help give me some more options for raiding, I've taken my fury warrior out of the farm. This has been made easier by my main not really being able to gain much from dailies now, so I only do a few for completeness sake (August Celestials) and hit the farm or LFR for ret gear.

6 hours and a bit of gold later, 12 ilvl increase! Need to run some more heroics and do some more dailies (yay rep boost) in hopes I can get into LFR this week.

Been that way since 2010 or so! I only enjoy the leveling and 5 man content on them.

In similar news I'm preparing my mage for leveling as my 6th - remind me, there is no crafted trinkets for 85, right? best bet is the vendor in JF, aye?

afaik, yes the adventuring gear vendor is best bet until you hit 87 and can equip the dragonling

for me i like to have a few back up toons to fill in if needed for raiding, but other than that, its meh...ill level them, and maybe get them in LFR but that is all

this tier is weird for me in that i am actually raiding on 2 different toons with 2 guilds
