suddenly concearned about pc reqs

before the new patch came in i was running with my graphic settings at max everything and would only lag when i zoned into shat or org, mostly due to me having firefox and 8 tabs open, video playing etc. how that the patch is here, all ym graphic settings are as low as posible, can only have liek 3 browser tabs open and nothing else aside from vent.

so my question is do i need to think about upgrading my pc (as in, is this issue here to stay). or will it clear up if/when the server lag is completely fixed.

You might want to head over to the tech support forum and see if any of the many issues being addressed are occurring for you.

There are a number of issues, (Low FPS, WoW hogging system resources), that are related to the last patch or two.

WoW is currently unplayable for me due to a strange type of cycled lag/ game pauses. Everyone in the game looks like their moving on a chessboard. (Stop~n~Go).

Hopefully some of these issues will be resolved soon.
