Thank You...

... For helping me all the way from the boring hell of Holy (lol?), to where I am now, happily tanking away in Karazhan and Zul'Aman (so far) with quite decent gear.

I could not have done it without Maintankadin. Infact, this forum alone inspired me to start with what I just purely love doing today. Tanking.

I had only been holy on level 70, like quite many other paladins actually. I saw it as the most acceptable spec to play, and it had an acceptable amount of "fun" to it...

... Or atleast battleground healing had it.

Since I had taken much healing gear instead of tanking gear on the way between 60 and 70, I had a rough time in the beginning. But Maintankadin helped me, so so much. It gave me all the directions needed.

Indeed, I've never actually posted anything here, until now. You know why? Because it has not been necessary. Everything one needs to know, is already here.

THANK YOU MAINTANKADIN!

I have to agree, and to use your first post to say thank you is a lovely gesture which I applaud. There are indeed a large number of awesome people here, and Lev <3.

Welcome to the Forums.

[and don't send anything to Sab as his inmates will just steal it from him]

Mine too!

This forum really is a godsend; I'm not sure how I could have done without it when I was just starting out. And it's nice to see EU Earthen Ring represent! I think I had a few alts there a long time ago. :)

Välkommen!

Fine, but resize a bit your avatar, it's too big :)

I definitely have to put a big THANK YOU in here too. I was a retrib raider and stayed that way through 70 while slowly working on a tanking gear just for fun on the side. After suffering through many wipes in a Shadow Lab from a noob tankadin I *knew* I could do better with my paltry set and so I did the rest of the run as retrib with much success.

I somehow found this site through the pally forums and now I'm 4/5 in Hyjal and 4/9 in BT and one of the four main tanks in the guild. Definitely couldn't have come this far as a tank without the incredible resources available here.

Never had to start a thread here, except maybe once.

The IRC channel was informal enough for me to ask all my stupid questions. :)

What? We're informal in IRC?

Shit ... I need to log back on and take care of that.
