Well, my reasoning would be this:

Humans are the most destructive creature on the planet. Therefore: More Humans = More Destruction, or "Mass Destruction".

Women with CBH are probably more likely to be able to have children without medical intervention or other complications.

Since: more children =(roughly) more humans
AND More humans = More destruction
it could be said that:
CBH is proportional to mass destruction
