The Soul series is one of my favorites of all time. Been looking forward to SC4 forever, and just saw this:

I think its actually pretty cool lol! I think they are trying to have famous cameos like they did in SC2 with Spawn, Link, and Hiatchi (spelling?). I wouldn't mind seeing Yoda vs Asteroth... Id put my money on Yoda of course.

I am wondering how they would work force powers and lightsaber techniques into the SC fighting mechanics. Force push? Suggestion? Lightning? Throwing terrain?

Yoda being 2 feet tall would mean a normal horizontal slash would go right over him if he stood still, and that would be crap. And the fact that his weapon is extremely short and it could be hard to play or fight against him. How they work around this would be... interesting...

I suspect they would only use force pushes in place of some kicks (all of them for yoda) and sometimes blocks or throws. That's my guess of it all.

I have no idea how they would work it into the story mechanic though. I think they will probably treat it like SC2. The characters crossed over, but they never really explained how or why. It was just done because it's cool.

Funtimes beating anyone I want to except a well played Sophitia on Ivy, and beating ANYONE when I played Sophitia.

Seriously, those are the two most OP characters in the series.

pfft. misturugi with damascus blade is the most overpowered in the game.

especially for someone who can't block with any weapon anyway, so is used to working around that sword's handicap.

According to the official Playstation magazine (for PS3) there are two extra characters for SC4. Yoda and Darth Vader. Yoda is exclusive to the Xbox 360 version while Darth Vader is exclusive to PS3. They did the same thing with SC2.

I also think this is awsome. Darth Vader is imba.
