By driving big cars, they ensure they can easily run over all the people in small cars who complain about their driving.

Usually women that drive big cars can drive at least.
My troubles are on those that drive small ones, which are harder to spot and shoot down.

Women driving big slow cars are fine with me. A little tap dance with my feet and a flick of my right wrist and they are trying to figure out what the hell just flew by.
Its those women that drive sports cars that bother me... or maybe its a good thing b/c if they can keep up it's a plus.

I saw the sweetest '08 vette the other day. It was all riced out (it's a slang term for modded, don't get your knickers in a bunch), sweet graphics and had to be pushing the border of street legal. It roared at an idle through the wal-mart parking lot...
... Then an 80 year old woman put a handicap sticker on the rear-view mirror, parked, and got out. Half-chub completely ruined.

The definition of riced is a car with many visual mods, stickers etc. Spoilers on fwd cars. Fart cans, but basically stock motor.
(note that is a generalization as rice is a street term and has no stone definition).
A corvette sporting graphics isn't rice.
-if its roaring at an idle it probably has
*cam swap
*longtube headers/cut out
V8 motors have very distinct loping sounds that are from the lsa in the cam. (can actually happen in any motor, just famous from sbc *small block chevy* and 5.0 stangs, hemi's etc)

lol. Nerdy not exactly, my father teaches automotive and my friends including a female all turn wrenches and have lots of love for small block chevy motors (my favorite is still the ls1 although the ls3 looks very promising for insane hp/tq #'s.)

ummm 'riced out' refers to Japanese cars (hence the "rice"). Ricer, rice rocket, etc are tricked out imports. An American car can never be 'riced'. You just say modded, hopped up, etc for American cars.

'Rice'
The term "rice" originated from, as Aalryn stated, Japanese cars. It was a derogatory name given to cars and modifications that Americans felt were all show and no go.
The name holds true to this day, but it is certainly not limited to imports. The term is generally accepted to refer to visual car modifications which are gaudy, poorly or improperly installed, non-functional, or any combination thereof. And it is (unfortunatley) most definitely not limited to Japanese cars.
"Modding" a car is just that. "Ricing" a car is making it an eyesore.
