I call shenanigans. It's not a party unless you've loosened your tie, undone the top button, have lipstick on your face, tussled hair, and inexplicable stains on your shirt.

I don't wear shirts with buttons on it for parties. Explain how I party then.

Tie should be around forehead.

Finally took a pic of myself that doesn't make me want to run and hide

I was too, actually. I was like "I know one exists, I have something I want to post, but it's not a big deal", and now I have forgotten what I wanted to post. It must not have been anything neat (especially since I haven't taken an intentional picture of myself in months).

Ran in to a really nice picture on the internet of my most recent cosplay. I was wanting to post one in here but couldn't find one I liked enough, but this one is good.

Ohhhhh that's pretty. I wish I could cosplay well, but the only characters I like and would want to cosplay would result in crossplay and frankly, I'm too lazy to go to that much effort. I'd have to like, shave my arms and legs and shit.

I lost my face in the war.
This is why I'm a humorless feminist. Because rape jokes killed my sense of humor.

You can get away without. Here is my friend that does a Bridget cossplay from Guilty Gear. He did it originally because he liked the character and technically it's not a crossplay.

He wears biking shorts under the costume (personally, I think he can get away just fine without them; but unless you are wearing something super tight and revealing in that area you don't have to worry about doing any complex and uncomfortable "tucking"), skin colored tights will hide leg hair pretty well, most women don't shave their arms anyways but I could see how this might be a problem if you are super hairy (you could probably buzz them with a razor, that would only take a couple minutes and would make a big difference), and then hair and makeup do wonders (for him we just do foundation, blush, and mascara because eyeliner is a pain). He could stand to do his eyebrows but he doesn't want to deal with that, he is also "blessed" with the best girl legs most people have ever seen.
But yeah, it does end up being a good amount of work anyways

I heartily approve of the choice of the MK3 outfit over the MK2 outfit.

If you're feeling adventurous, the MK:Deception outfit looks like it'd be easy to make, if daunting to wear.

Though I have to admit, Kitana was always my favorite. I have a thing for women in blue.
