Glad I'm not the only one. I haaaaate shoes indoors and my parents always advocated this since I was a child. Now what do they do? They come and visit us in our apartment and they keep their shoes on! Even when they're standing on the rug. Even when they put their shoed feed up on the coffee table! I tell them to take their shoes off and they look at me like I'm crazy!!

I don't know why anyone would not want to be bare foot inside their own home, it's not like shoes are even comfortable. I kick mine off whenever I get the chance.

And of course being a host/hostess at a mass-market restaurant would naturally assure the person being pranked has so much job satisfaction already that pranks would be humorous, not annoying.

Oh wait, they are likely to be kids earning crap wages while working nights when they would rather be going out with friends and the last thing they need is someone adding more crap to the load they have to deal with on a nightly basis from customers who expected top-flight food at bottom-tier prices, and from their little-Hitler manager who gets them to do everything he wants under constant threat of termination in an economy where even crap jobs are valuable.

Yeah, funny as all hell.

And of course these are the same asshats that get someone fired for blowing off steam on their Facebook page, like this one, who didn't actually do anything to anyone's food, yet was fired anyway:

We've been over this and obviously we disagree. There was no harm done to anyone who wasn't a complete retard, and certainly not to the troll who complained to the restaurant chain for lols. That was pure douchebaggery.
