Fridmarr, you are saying that they should rule based on if they think it is a good bill rather than solely on constitutionality?

Absolutley not! Nor should they consider that they were appointed, while those that created the laws are elected. Nor should they consider how "strong" a majority was that created the law. Nor should they care if overturning a law is unprecedented or extraordinary. The costitutionality is pretty much all that matters.
