Need help with an xbox live account

So, I just found out that by having an USA live account instead of a BRA live account I get to pay 20 dollars instead of 160 for most games I actually want to play.
Would anyone from there volunteer with the address and phone number for their validation? I'll not use these for anything other than having a valid live account, use my own credit cards and so on.
