It's always a good day for that!
Today, though, I'm leaning on Iced Earth

last night in guild chat we were discussing music and I came upon the revelation that the two albums that most influenced my musical growth were the soundtracks to The Crow and Mortal Kombat.

LOVE them and their stuff, but they are absolute SHIT live. Very few times in my life have I been so utterly disappointed by a band's live performance. Seriously awful.

Been a long while since I've listened to trance, but that is pretty good!

Johnny Cash has been setting the tone around my apartment lately:

Bummer to hear. Not that I go to too many live concerts anyhow. The one I did go to, the bands sounded pretty much the same as their album versions. Especially Staind. Korn was close but not quite. Still great performances.

I have the vague impression I have posted this one before, but it's so much fun! The sort of apocalyptic tone the band has matched perfectly with the song they're covering.

I see your somber tones and raise you some other somber tones:

Close, I was there in 2007! ^^

On topic: Meatloaf - Bat Out Of Hell!
I re-watched the Rocky Horror Picture Show (1975) recently, reminded me of his existence!
