You could always try programming 
God knows I make up new tools to keep track of my players when I DM. Beats paying a dollar for a d10 roller. Also beats buying 60+ d10.

I've never known a group that actively plays any form of D&D.. I've known TONS of people who "Used to play" or 1 or 2 who "wanted" to play but they couldn't any more for excuse 1,2,3..
I've never gotten to do it due to not having a group of friends that did it... I've always thought it sounded really fun though.

The roller I wrote this evening was for Exalted. Rolling 30 dice at once is rather commonplace when the players throw subtlety out of the window.
Note that "subtlety" includes "shouting at people to ignore you so hard that they actually ignore you". You don't want to see an Overt exalt.
