Additional evil:
Are the Trained Sexual Assualters (TSA) changing to a new pair of gloves for every new passenger? I highly doubt it, and (anecdote, but still) one agent asked about it said something on the order of "I keep 10-12 pairs of gloves in my pocket".
Link: http://blog.tsa.gov/2009/03/gate-screening.html - it's in a comment from a (presumably) screener - search for "10-12" and you'll find it.
"In pocket" != clean. In fact, "in pocket" has about the same bacteria is in mouth or armpit, and it also breaks down the material from friction.
That's gonna be a doozy of a lawsuit when someone gets infected with herpes or worse from an unclean glove used to fondle them...

Most people want the wealth produced by a society with limited government distributed to them more generously by bigger government.

Nail clippers? Dangerous tools that could be used to hijack plane!
Pair of 12" razor blades for a foam carver? Less interesting than penis.

Love how someone carries razor blades in his/her underpants... not afraid of being sterile much?

Joy.
Not if you don't want to, on the way home.
The TSA are not permitted to prevent you entering the country, and cannot force you to go through the nude scanner or be gate raped. Politely refuse to be violated and they'll have to release you eventually or they'll have to arrest you. If they arrest you, $100 says the ACLU will put their best lawyers on the 4th Amendment case that follows. Not going to happen.
Thinking about it, as a non-Citizen, I can skip (with a hell of a lot more trouble) the one before getting on the plane. Refuse to be scanned or searched... and they'll deport me! However in my case, I'd almost certainly get arrested because foreigners have no rights and barely count as human beings.

I lol'd. I'm half tempted to go buy a ticket to fly somewhere tomorrow, just to participate in national opt-out day.

Screw opt-out day. Make it opt-out year. Also insist that they change gloves before touching you.

I'll bring some of my own gloves for the screener to wear, and dump some itching powder in them before handing them over.
"Here, use these gloves. I brought them special! Teeheeeheeeee!"

Idiot TSA employee accidentally puts on gloves inside out. You have been snarfled.

No, if you are getting on a plane that flies in US airspace, TSA is going to do what they want. I doubt the TSA has any reservations about the ACLU, and I'd be surprised if the ACLU bothered anyhow.

Oh hey, railguns aren't on the prohibited no-fly list! I think I'll build one and take it with me next time I fly commercial.
