Re: Random Song Post
Some people have no shame.
And now for some classic pvp video tracks
Trust Company - Stronger (Rock)
Trust Company - The War is Over (I must have played this song about a thousand times the day I got out of Iraq)
Soilwork - Distortion Sleep (More Rock)
Soilwork - Overload
Incubus - Follow (AMG JAMAZ IV!)
Spineshank - Synthetic (yes, more Drakedog music
)
Sum 41 - Open Your Eyes
Senses Fail - Bite to Break Skin (Rock)
Panic! at the Disco - It's Time to Dance (was in the first WoW vid I ever saw, Horde kill of ONY, back when it was still a big deal)
Hawthorne Heights - This is Who We are (I mean let's be real, needed the emo to be represented)
Well I hope my list brings back fond memories of some of the more famous tracks from WoW's past, just try not to smash your keyboard when some UD Rogue invariably jumps you at the Light's Hope FP.
And this remix just b/c I love it and takes me back to vanilla
Wir Sind Helden vs +44 - Wenn Dein Herz Zu Schlagen Aufhört (When your Heart Stops Beating)

<- Me too! The Haunting / Somewhere in time is pretty damn awesome.
Slight change of pace: Susanne Sundør - The Brothel. The song itself starts about 50 seconds in.
A few weeks ago, I randomly stumbled onto Megadeth - Last Rites / Loved to Death, and was completely hypnotized by the piano intro. After a bit of digging, I ended up with Vanessa Mae's violin performance of Toccata & Fugue.

Re: Random Song Post
Country/Rock/Blues sort of music in here, not for diehard metalheads. No "legendary" artists included, because everyone knows Johnny Cash and the likes.
John Fogerty - Down On the Corner
Stevie Ray Vaughan - The House is Rockin'
Willie Nelson (&George Jones) - I Gotta Get Drunk
Creedance Clearwater Revival - Have you ever seen the rain?
R.E.M. - At My Most Beautiful (The most beautiful love song I know of)
And my personal favorite, although rather widly known:
The Highwaymen - Highwayman
John Fogerty - Down On the Corner
Stevie Ray Vaughan - The House is Rockin'
Willie Nelson (&George Jones) - I Gotta Get Drunk
Creedance Clearwater Revival - Have you ever seen the rain?
R.E.M. - At My Most Beautiful (The most beautiful love song I know of)

Re: Random Song Post
CCR is legendary, so is Willie Nelson. Stevie Ray Vaughan, if you like blues at all, is also legendary, but even people that don't like old country music or americana (CCR, Deep Purple, etc) have heard of CCR and Nelson.
