Re: Random Song Post
Voxtrot - Firecraker (Myspace link, clicky the song!) Pop/Indie/Rock
Also Berlin, Without Return... is a great song, at a slower pace.
Jacob Golden - On A Saturday (Myspace link, clicky the song!) Acoustic/Indie/Folk
Very melodic, the guy has an awesome voice.
Yeasayer - O.N.E (Myspace link, clicky the song!) Alternative/Indie/Experimental
Nice poppy indie electronic song.
Bobby Conn - Angels (Embedded Youtube on Last.fm, which bypasses the age restriction on video. Video is NSFW) Indie/Experimental/Showtunes
Bitches be crazy.
Oliver Cole - Love Will Tear Us Apart (Myspace link, clicky the song!) Acoustic/Folk/Pop
The song gets covered a fair amount but varies enough from the original enough to warrant me listing it. Unlike the original the music matches the song (meaning it isn't cheerful).
Turn - Beretta (Myspace link, clicky the song!) Indie /Rock
Good old Irish indie.
Roddy Woomble - My Secret Is My Silence (Youtube link, song to album cover) Folk Rock
Good new Scottish folk.
Idlewild - Actually It's Darkness (Youtube link) Indie/Rock
Good old Scottish indie, before Mr Woomble decided to explore his folk side.
R.E.M - Country Feedback (Youtube link, song to crappy pictures)
The fan favourite. Better than any of the singles they have released.
Electric Six - Dance Pattern (Youtube link, song to album cover) Tentacletastic
Tied with "Waste of Time and Money" and "Slices of You" for my favourite Electric six song. The video linked is uploaded with the entirity of E6's catalog. New album is also super awesome
Console - Suck And Run (Youtube link, There is some awful noise on the 240p version which will deafen you, turn speakers right down and switch to 480p) Electronica/pop/indie
This is how pop music would be in a perfect world.

No, it's not. Ever.
Electric Six - Danger! High Voltage!
I liked it better than Dance Pattern but they're both good. These guys are FANTASTIC live.
Ulrich Schnauss - Monday Paracetamol
Really chill. Reminds me of a more laid back BT in his Ima days. If I smoked pot I'd do it to this music.
William Orbit - Sea Green
Also really chill. The whole album is good, I listen to it a lot when I'm on my motorcycle relaxing.
Djuma Soundsystem - Les Djinns
More chillout music, little faster paced.
Boards of Canada - Dayvan Cowboy
After extensive research I've determined that this is the perfect convertible song. The video is also made of pure win.

Johnathan Coulton - I'm Your Moon
Haunting, beautiful love song about the (dwarf) planet Pluto as sung by its moon, Charon.

A wise and frugal government which shall restrain men from injuring one another, which shall leave them otherwise free to regulate their own pursuits of industry and improvement, and shall not take from the mouth of labor the bread it has earned. This is the sum of good government. – Thomas Jefferson
