I have a 3 way tie that for different reasons I cannot choose between. I also am not good with episode names so apologies if I get any wrong.

Band of Brothers - Cateran. The best war related thing on TV ever. I especially like the futility of the argument about the Tiger Tank behind the house.

Red Dwarf - Teaching Criten to say Smeghead. Just bed wettingly funny. Brilliant.

Deep Space 9 - Rescuing Vic's Bar from the 'Mob'. For me the best episode of DS9. The resevoir dogs bit where thery all walk in a line is very amusing to see.

I can't choose between these 3.

Star Trek: Deep Space 9, episode: In the Pale Moonlight. Sisko wishes to draw the Romulans into the Dominion war on the side of the Federation but isn't sure how to go about it. Garek gets involved and does it for him. The episode itself is Sisko talking to camera (recording his logs) explaining how the whole thing went down, shown in flashback.

I think I've watched this episode at least 20 times and it's fantastic and gripping every time.
