I've got a pretty stock 2-year old midrange Dell and I got a Beta Key...

Also I believe they are releasing beta keys in waves, so there's still chances to get on the beta in the near future.

I don't think that would have helped. I got one odd setup and it did nothing for me.

Vanifae got a Beta invite. The bastard. Still crossing my fingers for an earlier Cata beta invite. Didn't get into WotLK's Beta until the last couple months.

In the Beta, haven't gotten it working yet. Whenever I try to launch it it can't display the resolution/frequency no matter what I set my PC to run on. Haven't had the time to try reinstalling yet.

Edit:
Yeah, reinstalled the client from scratch and when I try to run it my monitor cuts out until I minimize it to desktop/alt+tab or whatever to get away from the SC2Beta. Haven't been able to find any support as to the reason, but my vid card drivers are current. Boo-urns.

Got my beta, haven't gotten around to installing it yet (got mine from going to blizzcon 2 years ago...)

Can't wait to start playing though...
