Go to options and enable your action bars, also add any spells/abilities from spellbook to said bars if all arent in there so we can use "The Swipe of Righteousness" on the baby fence.

Jump the fence, grab at the car in midair, do a triple backflip and land in the pool earning you a ten from all the judges, thus earning the gold medal that will bribe the guard in the previous scene to let Wafflesforface out of the jail and thereby forcing him to feed your hungry cat gut.
