Seduce the guard with your sexy calendar then strangle him, if this doesn't work then use the strand of spider silk from throwing him around earlier to tie to the hook in the window and then tie the silk to the bars. Proceed to jump on the silk until either the hook or a bar gives (spider silk is 10 times stronger then steel so of course it doesn't break
