All classes must be guilded by their each individual classes. Then each guild must have variable rates for each instance/raid run. A deposit must be paid pre-launch of said raid/instance and full payment made once instance is cleared. If the instance/raid is called before the halfway mark, the deposit(s) is/are returned.

Also, there must be an annual duty paid in cash or credit to my paypal account for coming up with such wonderful laws.
