When to gather up during Electrical Storm?

it happened to me once too, where the rain started but nothign happened for, like, 10 more seconds than the usual 5 or so. I was one of 2 listening to the storm and we all were like "eh?". But everything worked from there, and it never happened again, this was at the beginning of patch 2.3 za hypes. He's immune to arcane torrent.

I doubt that me and everyone else lagged for 1 full minute, while healing and dps was still happening. Anyways it only happened once in 3 tries.

New here but wanted to comment something on Topic

It happened to me at least 3-4 times, that we gathered up for the Storm ans as i was low on health and anxious about the charge i bubbled. Storm wouldn't come....

So i guess he was targetting me and couldn't cast it, was getting the storm quite often before. So now we advice our pallies not to bubble through the storm, maybee someothers have the same experience.

Dunno where you get this from, but it ain't true. it's cast on a random party member.. though it might be on some sort of 2nd threat table.

But i have seen the storm gather often enough on ppl close to him while others where still gathering at the center..
