Lynx boss before dragonhawk?

Is it possible to get to the lynx without downing the dragonhawk?
Struggling a bit and would like to try him out. Can't seem to find information on it, but maybe you can go in the middle straight forward and take a left?

Yes, you can do the 4 animal bosses in any order you choose.

You can, but the optimal path is Eagle -> Bear -> Dragonhawk -> Lynx due to the layout.
