I'd suggest healing as well.
In phase 1, you can help overheal the thrown target, reducing the strain on the tank healers.
In phase 2, you can dispel without having to worry about keeping holy shield up (essentially a 4000+ heal), and FoL the tank to help with burst damage.
In phase 3, you can bubble and put out 12k+ healing without taking the 4800 damage you would get normally.
In phase 4, you can heal the rushed target, which is big if its a healer and BoP is on cooldown.
In phase 5, you can use whatever little mana you have left to put a decent amount of damage on ZJ with HoW, and keep JotC on him if you have improved.

I think we're more than capable of main tanking it. Works fine for me and my group.
