Tanking dragonhawk and all the adds is not a problem for a prot pally this is what you do:

When the tamers spawn kill the left and have you healers on the left side of boss. The right tamer will then break the right side, and as the healers will heal you they get aggro from the dragon hawks. This mean that they will be moving though you concecrate on the way to healers, thou allowing for an easy pickup, and killing. After the first platform is cleared, and he teleports, you bubble and wipe the debuffs. At the same time the healers switch to the right side, and you repeat the process.

Easy kill with 1 tank each time.
