Recording Gruul's Lair, need help compressing LARGE files

So yup, I'm doing Gruul's for my guild on Saturday, what's a good program to compress the BIG Size of the vidoes >_< jeesh there so big at times, that my youtube account wont accept them... must find a way to make them smaller.
