I just wear my healing gear and am near the bottom of the healing meter, but that is expected. Putting 25 people that are not retards in this fight is mainly the trick. You could have the best healer in the world replace you, but if he is always running in Doomfire, he is worthless. This fight is so easy if people just play smart which is a common problem with many people.

4min bubble and 2 min trinket are nice for MT healing when tank is not at 100% at fear time.
