The problem is melee getting cleaned up by Doomfires, thus giving Archi like 5 or 6 soul charges.
Then
1) the rest of your raid needs to do a better job kiting them.
2) Your melee need to improve their situational awareness and stay away from fire
3) you need to make sure your melee are getting tremor totems.
