Starting out MH

My guilds progress are currently 5/5 MH and 5/9 BT and until now i've been raiding with my warlock. But now im thinking of quitting raid with it and start with my tankadin instead.
It's of course the trash tanking that will be my duty

So im wondering if you experienced tankadins could give me some hints, if my gear is good enough, if I should swap any gear/sockets etc.

Once i get over Eight of Furies im swapping Moroes Lucky Pocket Watch for Darkmoon Card: Vengeance
