WTF mate? I never noticed him moving before and wasn't even paying attention to his dumb ass. We thought Azgalor had glitched at first because he seriously despawned at .000004% health. (I happened to be fraps'ing the attempt is where the pics are from)

Contrary to what seems a more common approach at MTadin, my guild has always tanked Azgalor over by the tauren. Thrall and his minions absolutely destroy the Doomguards....usually they've got one down to 20% or so by the time a 2nd spawns.

I bet he just figured out how to strafe and mouse-turn at the same time, so he's experimenting with circle-strafe. Sadly, that's something most melee doesn't understand.

Me: Don't stand next to me.
Melee DPS: What?
Me: This fight has frontal-cone attacks, stand behind the boss.
Melee DPS: What?
Me: If you stand behind him he can't dodge or parry and your DPS will go up.
Melee moves behind the boss.
Me: /facepalm

He does that at seemingly random. Apparently he thinks he can tank the bastard. We had that issue with the Taurens, and they'd quad-flank the boss and end up with parry-jibs wherever you turned. So just be mindful of the fact that if you want you can get someone to just watch Thrall for ya.

I pick-up tanked the guy once when the Feral went down and Thrall tried that crap on me. Luckily I saw that large green bastard coming and shifted the boss before he caused a serious problem. But it is known to happen about 1 in 10 times you kill em.
