Divine Shield and Hydross

Does anyone know if DS removes (even temporarily) the damage debuff Hydross does? I've never tried, and I don't really want to wait until tomorrow to find out. :P

I'm just pondering the possibility of shielding off the 250% debuff to keep him in a phase a bit longer.

I myself have yet to do this ( our other resist tank quit >=| ), but I heard that yes, it does work; allowing you to tank the stage 2x as long.

Although the raid will take truckloads of damage from tombs, dots.

It does not remove the debuff, i've used it sometimes to get out of water tombs and i still had the aura.

The raid however would get oneshotted by water tombs / poison spits at 500% mark

wtb new skill, divine shield for each raid member, requires 1 Symbol of Divinity per raid member, uses all mana, 24 hour cd. Gives 1 min forbearance. :P
