Haha I was about to say the same thing myself. I'm like is this guy on drugs.

As far as avoiding netherbreaths just run underneath him and do it just like in pvp only one or two ppl will get hit whole banish phase. keep turning him.

I did a speed run of kara with like all t6 ppl for badges and such and we got to netherspite and these stupid people whiped me I was so mad.

We got up to him in like 1 hour 30 minutes but after that I was so mad i"m like i'm done. so annoying being a tank sometime.
