Lower Kara Mana Issues?

... Don't the Unstable Flasks of ____ only work in Blade's Edge or Gruul's Lair, or was that changed at some point that I didn't notice?

I've found it incredibly fun to tank Attumen + Midnight together and the toss my shield at the group of mobs by the blacksmith/repair guy when he mounts.

For the rest of Kara I swap into a max threat set with as much spell damage as I can muster leaving crit, crush, and stam by the wayside.

Prince and Nightbane usually get a mix of my normal gear + my threat gear.

What's the lowest hp/armor/avoidance I could get away with in Kara for trash with good, well-geared healers? I've got some seriously trashy green plate gear as parts of my all-out threat gear that can dip me into the 40x's in defense, 11000's in armor, and 9000's in hp's but that do get me around 450 spell damage unbuffed. I don't think I can go *that* low but what's a good spot to aim on the trash as a starting point from which I can push farther if everything's ok?

I find that the kz trash while aoe tanking does more dmg than the bosses. Just go with the staple kara requirements for the lower half with the lower armor on pre kara gear you won't have mana issues.
