You need an OT for kara?
Wish someone would have told me I've been doing it wrong!
But seriously, I firmly believe that now tanking is supposed to be a shared duty. In 25 mans you are going to need 2-3 well geared tanks, ideally of different classes. It is best for everyone if you all share that job and learn to work together with a team mentality, rather than the "king of the hill" mentality. I would talk with some guild officers about starting to share the responsibilities. Talk to the warrior politely and see what his reasons are for being like that. If he says, "warriors are supposed to be MT and not pally's... well knock him off his high horse, lol."
