First time MTing Kara tonight

I would just like to say that it was a thrill to tank kara for the first time tonight.

I tanked Attumen, Moroes, Maiden, Curator, Romeo, Illhoof and Nightbane. The raid disolved after two failed attempts at Aran.

The we wiped on Curator and Illhoof, but neither were my fault. I was extremely happy to down nightbane on the first go.

So this is a letter of encouragement to any aspiring tanks out there... Get the gear, and trust your ability - it will get you far.

Congratulations. :3 Big grats on the necklace, that damn thing has been eluding me forever... lol

Just a tip on Aran, as well as Curator, & Prince: Bring along a healing set, or if your healers are really good, a damage set. From what I've seen, healing will be more useful most of the time, & Prot healing > Prot DPSing.

[edit] Also, not to nitpick, but you can get a meta gem for free basically, from the vendor in the Horde town in Terrokar.

I MT our weekely 2:45 full Kara clear every Thursday. I have a warr that is my DPS/OT (more DPS than OT trust me).

Definitely work on getting more dodge, armory shows you at around 15% or so.
