So someone on my has expressed intrest in doin a all Pally Kara run on
my server.

I'm some what intrested, It dose sound like fun. I can imagine where
the rough spots will be, has anyone here tried a full Pally (or majority) Paladin run?

personally I havet had much experince tanking for ret's
has the 2.3 changes help with the spikyness or thier threat much?

It wouldn't be to hard for dps since most of the things are undead so exorcism can be used alot. the only areas i see for trouble are aran since no interrupts, curator sine all melee combat and the opera (oz) since u have to tank most of the adds. although in the second video they get past these bosses.

(and if you watch the video they do claim that juliet is immune to all paladin stuns, and they had to sub in a rogue for kick)

curator sine all melee combat

Curator is significantly easier with all melee. Nobody has to move at all. The lightning can only hit 3 people at once, and your aoe attacks will be hitting the boss and the flares at the same time.

Our strategy is always to have everyone stacked on his back. Spreading out just wastes time.

Well did it and only got past opera. We started pretty late tho so only had like 2 hrs to do it.

Sadly dps was really really low, most of the Ret pallys it seems were holy's that respeced for it and didn't really have the gear/ experince to do it. We tried Nb and the low dps really showed, he was fearing 2-3 times every phase. With the melee dps bubble breaking fear was a lil dangerous since Nb seem to cleave in the 1 second he was off me.

Ah was was a lil fun but did have a very pug feel to it, maybe I'll try it again some day.

Our guild is heading in there tonite to try an all pally kara run. Should be good for a laugh at least.

We have 3 well equipped pally tanks (one has since retired to play his rogue), so I am respeccing ret for the run . Only other time I have gone ret was to do a little pvp.

Of the 10 in what will be their rolls for tonites raid 3 are decked in T5 gear and the rest will be of T4 standard gear.
