Don't let people say you can't do Illhoof without a lock.
Have everyone stand on the edge or just inside of the circle of green(?) candles, have Illhoof positioned at the top end of the circle(back wall end). Consecrate there will pick up all the imps coming out.

You don't even need real AoE, just have hunters use theirs when it's off CD etc to help cut down on imps etc. I think it was Vanifae who said it, paraphrased possible since I can't remember it exactly "consecration is a bitch."
