I had my pally healer die from the first holy fire because he didn't cleanse himself. Lucky enough my resto druid kept enough hots on me during repentance.

I only needed about 4-5 seconds lead. Just mash the holy shield button and whatever else during holy shield cooldown. (as someone allready said, judge crusader at least on your 2nd or 3rd cycle)
